Privacy Policy
How Grzly Marketing LLC handles information you share through this website. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
1. About This Policy
Grzly Marketing LLC (“Grzly,” “we,” “us”) operates grzlymarketing.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through related inquiries and appointment requests, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This notice covers our own website inquiries and related interactions. Privacy terms for work we perform on a client's behalf may be provided separately, depending on the service.
2. Information You Provide
You choose what to share. The forms on this site collect different details depending on what you are asking us to do:
- Contact form: your name, email, phone, business name, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Growth audit request: the above details plus your website, industry, location, approximate monthly marketing spend, and your main growth goal and biggest challenge.
- Newsletter signup: your first name and email.
- Strategy-session booking: your name, email, phone, your selected appointment time, timezone, and any other details you provide when booking.
Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, or payment information in open message fields. There is no checkout or payment feature on this website.
3. Technical Information & Optional Measurement
When you submit a form or book an appointment, certain technical details may be transmitted along with your request, such as the page URL, page title, path, browser and device type, a session identifier, and your timezone where relevant. This helps us respond, troubleshoot, and protect the site.
This website is hosted and delivered through a hosting and content-delivery provider, and the hosting platform loads a platform analytics script and may process technical usage data — such as IP address, browser type, and page activity — to operate and secure the site. Hosting and content-delivery providers process this information as part of delivering and operating the website.
We also offer optional measurement tools that run only after you choose to enable them through our cookie preferences banner. Your consent preference is stored on this device in first-party local storage with a version and timestamp, and we re-ask for your choice after a period of time or if our purposes change. If your browser blocks storage, we keep your choice for the current visit only and your preference is not saved.
Optional Google Analytics: If you enable analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies and measure how this website is used — for example, pages visited and general activity — so we can improve it. We send only stable, non-identifying details such as the route path, the form or service category, and a sanitized page location. We do not send your name, email, phone, business name, message, or other form contents to Google Analytics. Google processes this information as a processor for measurement; see Google's privacy policy.
Optional Meta advertising measurement: If you enable advertising, the Meta Pixel may use cookies, device identifiers, IP address, page URL, and page activity for ad measurement, attribution, and potentially advertising personalization. Some laws treat sending this kind of device/activity data to Meta for advertising as a form of sharing or targeted advertising. You can keep the advertising toggle off — or use Global Privacy Control in your browser — to opt out, and that keeps this optional Meta measurement disabled. See Meta's privacy policy.
Because these are optional, off-by-default tools, choosing nothing keeps both disabled. Your browser settings can limit or block stored cookies and local data, but those controls do not disable server-side processing by us or by our providers, and deleting optional cookies on this device does not recall information a provider already processed. You can revisit your choices anytime using the Cookie Preferences button in the footer.
We will update this notice and provide any required notices or choices before introducing new tracking tools or enabling additional advertising features.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to your inquiry or message;
- evaluate a requested service or growth audit and follow up about it;
- manage and confirm an appointment you requested;
- deliver resources or updates you specifically ask to receive; and
- operate, troubleshoot, and protect this website.
A newsletter signup is a request to receive Grzly marketing emails. Submitting a contact form, audit request, or booking, however, is a request to hear back about your specific need — it does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional texts or automated marketing messages.
6. Your Choices & How to Contact Us
You can choose not to submit optional information, and you can contact us directly instead. You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a restriction on the use of your information by email or phone. Your available rights depend on applicable law and may require reasonable identity verification; some records may be retained to meet legal recordkeeping obligations.
To ask us to review a privacy-request decision, email matthew@grzlymarketing.com with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will consider requests and appeals as required by applicable law. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General about consumer privacy concerns.
To stop marketing emails, email matthew@grzlymarketing.com or follow unsubscribe instructions in a message. This does not stop necessary replies to inquiries or appointment communications you requested.
To change or withdraw your optional measurement choices, use the Cookie Preferences button in the footer. Withdrawing optional analytics or advertising stops future optional tracking on this device and clears optional Google Analytics and Meta cookies where possible; it does not recall information a provider has already processed, and your CRM form or appointment request is still handled for the need you submitted. Changing these choices does not sign you up for emails or text messages.
You do not need to create an account to make any request.
To make a request or ask a question, contact Matthew:
7. Retention & Security
We keep information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our client relationship, meet operational needs, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. There is no single fixed retention period, and some legal obligations may require us to keep certain records even after you ask us to delete other information. You can contact us to request deletion where permitted.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through website message fields.
This is a business-focused website and is not intended for children under 13. If you are a parent and are concerned that a child's information has been submitted to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and its date to reflect changes in our practices. If we add new tools that change how information is collected, we may provide additional notices or choices before activating them.
